Chief Executive Officer – Olivier Dellenbach
After graduating from Ecole Polytechnique and a short 3-year period in consulting, Olivier Dellenbach co-founded and managed his first software company NAT Systèmes in 1987, which was sold to Canadian Cognicase in 1998.
In 1999, Olivier Dellenbach founded eFront, a software company specialised in the management of non-quoted investment portfolios (private equity and venture capital), which he managed until its sale in April 2019 to the American company BlackRock for more than 1.5 billion dollars.
In 20 years, eFront will become the world leader in its sector, with, at the time of its sale, more than 850 employees, 800 clients, a presence in more than 30 countries through some 20 offices and global revenues of more than €130 million.
In mid-2019, he created ChapsVision with the objective of quickly making it a very important publisher in the world of Data, through organic growth and targeted acquisitions such as:
- Coheris, the historical leader in customer service
- Sparkow, the search and e-merchandising expert
- Octipas, the unified commerce platform
- NP6, the Customer Data Platform and Marketing Automation specialist
- or more recently Flandrin IT, the specialist in cyber intelligence software solutions
In addition, Olivier Dellenbach manages minority investments in various high-tech companies through his family holding company, ChapsHolding.
Deputy CEO – Béatrice Dellenbach
Béatrice DELLENBACH graduated from ESCP in 1988 and spent the first ten years of her career in executive search.
In her last experience as a headhunter, she was a partner with Daniel Jouve and Russel Reynold in Directorship, a C-level recruiting firm.
In 2000, she joined the start-up eFront, which then had 15 employees. As European Sales Director for 17 years, she actively participated in the success of this French financial software company.
When she left the company in 2017, it was the world leader in its market and had more than 700 employees. eFront, a French unicorn, will be sold for more than $1.5 billion in 2019.
Since 2019, she is Deputy CEO of ChapsVision Group and chairs Happycap Foundation.
Chief Financial Officer – Managing Director Coheris – Jean-François Ménager
Jean-François Ménager holds a DESCF and MSTCF degree from the University of Dijon. He began his career in 1997 in the finance department of the Boisset Group. In 2002, he joined the Réponse Group (a company listed on Eurolist Paris compartment C until 2008) to take charge of the Group’s accounting and management control department.
Jean-François joined the Coheris Group in 2009 as Administrative and Financial Director. He is now Managing Director of Coheris and Chief Financial Officer of ChapsVision.
Managing Director Octipas & NP6 – Guillaume Leman
Guillaume is an expert in customer relations and has more than twenty years of experience in E-Commerce.
Before joining ChapsVision, he held various management positions within the international group QXL Ricardo. In particular, he was in charge of Group Business Development and contributed to the growth of the company until its sale in 2007. He then joined Sparkow as Head of Professional Services and contributed to the company’s commercial development in the Benelux.
He was Managing Director of Sparkow from 2015 until its sale to ChapsVision in 2019. He is now COO Retail of ChapsVision and Managing Director of Octipas & NP6.
Managing Director Flandrin IT & CIO ChapsVision – Olivier Jolland
Olivier Jolland started his career at Matra Defense Espace, then held various management positions at Hewlett Packard, Gemalto and Bull in France and Asia. In 2012, he took the entrepreneurial turn by joining a start-up in the telecom world. He then joined Flandrin IT in 2016 as COO.
Olivier joined ChapsVision in June 2021 as CIO and Managing Director of Flandrin IT.
Vice President, Field Operations – Alain Dalmau
Alain Dalmau holds an MBA from Concordia University. He has over 25 years of experience in creation, development and operations management at US software companies. Prior to joining Coheris he was Head of Southern Europe and Middle East at Trifacta (2017-2020), Vice President of EMEA Sales at RapidMiner (2015-2016), Vice President of EMEA Sales at TIBCO LogLogic and TIBCO Datasynapse (2004 to 2015), he was also Country Manager at Business Vision (2000-2004), NatSystems France and NatSystems Italy (1995-2004).
Chief Operational Officer – Yves Rochereau
After very successful sales experiences at Xerox and IBM, Yves Rochereau became a manager in Consulting at Bossard Consultants (now Capgemini Consulting).
Returning to his first love of business development in IT, he joined Amdahl and then Cisco as Sales Director.
17 years of unbridled growth at Cisco will allow him to participate in the development of the French subsidiary in both large accounts and SMEs through Partners and Distributors. Yves will be Managing Director at Cisco.
He will then lead CheckPoint in France and will join Flandrin IT in early 2018 as CEO in order to build a French player in Cybersecurity and CyberIntelligence.
Yves will join the ChapsVision Group as COO in June 2021.
Chief Marketing Officer – Stéphanie Levoye
A graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce d’Amiens, Stéphanie Levoye has extensive marketing experience in software companies dedicated to SMBs, Mid Market enterprises and key accounts.
She started her career in 1996 as a Sales Engineer at Cegi. In 1997, she joined La Solution Douce as Marketing Communication Manager, before becoming Deputy Managing Director – Marketing & Communication Director when the company joined the Smart Online group. In 2006 she joined Cegid as Marketing Director where she worked in turn for different Business Units. In 2018 she became Head of Marketing for the startup Loop Software with a strong Product Marketing Management dimension, and rejoined Cegid in 2019 when the startup was acquired.
Stéphanie joins ChapsVision in 2020 as Marketing & Communication Director for the ChapsVision group.
Chief Product Officer Octipas – Nicolas Passalacqua
Since he was a young boy, Nicolas has always drawn on his passion for new technologies to design new uses.
After studying research on data mining applied to product recommendation, he devoted his first years to the world of e-commerce before starting to work on e-commerce payment solutions.
He then worked for several years in the e-commerce BU of Prosodie (now Capgemini), holding various positions in the product team in charge of the e-commerce solution, in pre-sales support, in marketing, in the management of international key accounts, and then as a Product Owner.
In 2010, he decided to become an entrepreneur by founding Octipas, a company whose ambition is to provide the best tools to retailers to support their digital transformation.
He joined ChapsVision in 2020 and became the Chief Product Officer of Octipas.
Chief Architect Officer – Eric Bourry
A graduate of Ecole Polytechnique (class of 2006) and Télécom Paris, Eric Bourry began his career as a developer and architect at eFront, a software company specialised in the management of non-traded investment portfolios. In less than 10 years, Eric Bourry quickly climbed the ranks to take responsibility for all the engineers – developers, testers, technical writers, graphic designers – working on the company’s flagship products. He played an active role in the successful sale to the American company BlackRock for more than USD 1.5 billion dollars. Within this new group, Eric Bourry is responsible for managing the technical integration of eFront products with Aladdin, the platform developed by BlackRock, in order to create the first financial asset management solution covering both listed and unlisted investments.
At the beginning of 2020, Eric Bourry will join ChapsVision as Chief Architect Officer, to drive the development of new products and bring his technical expertise to the entire group.
