Context and challenges

APRR, the 2nd largest motorway group in France, welcoming more than 20 million motorists, has the mission of facilitating travel, renewing the travel experience, offering services that meet customer needs, and improving travel conditions and safety.

Given the size of the database, the volume of emails/SMS sent, and the number of contents created for each segmentation, APRR’s previous platform was no longer suitable. The reasons: high sending costs, complexity of the template editor, very limited support and project team presence, and lack of innovation.
