At the helm of ChapsVision are a group of socially committed entrepreneurs who are committed to creating a collective culture based on sharing and solidarity. These are the values they hold dear, and which they instill in their employees to create a working environment based on benevolence, respect, mutual aid and performance.
For the founders of ChapsVision, it was essential to be able to reinvest part of the financial resources generated by their company in a non-profit organization to benefit a cause close to their hearts.
And so, in 2018, HappyCap Foundation was born to help disabled people with mental and cognitive impairments, but also their families.
This social commitment makes it possible to fund projects aimed at raising awareness and training families through concrete actions to bring them happiness by facilitating and lightening their daily lives.
A WORD FROM THE FOUNDERS
“At the start of the project, there was the desire to do something for some of us who are a little different, who are often forgotten, often unrecognized... those whose very term for it is shaky...: people with mental and cognitive developmental disabilities, the intellectually impaired...? Whatever their name, HappyCap Foundation is dedicated to them and their families. Since then, we've been able to count on the support of a whole team of people working in our companies to help us make this project a success: a big thank you to them... “.
