ChapsVision is led by socially engaged entrepreneurs who are committed to building a collective culture based on sharing and solidarity. These values are dear to them and they infuse their employees to create a working environment based on caring, respect, mutual aid and performance.
For ChapsVision’s founders, it was critical to be able to reinvest some of the financial resources generated through their business into a non-profit organization for a cause they cherish.
In 2018, HappyCap Foundation was created to help people with disabilities who have mental and cognitive impairments, as well as their families.
This social commitment makes it possible to finance projects aimed at raising awareness and training families through concrete actions to bring them happiness by facilitating and reducing their daily lives.
A WORD FROM THE FOUNDERS
“At the beginning of the project, there is the desire, the desire to do something for some of us - a little different - often forgotten, very often unrecognized... those whose very term that designates them is shifting...: persons with mental and cognitive development disabilities, intellectual disabilities...? Whatever their name, HappyCap Foundation is for them and their families. Since then, a whole team through our companies has helped us promote this project: a big thank you to them...”
