BUT’s strategy is to meet all home equipment needs through a diversified, high-quality, and accessible offer, whether by price or availability, since every French customer has a BUT store within 30 minutes of their home.

In 2020, the brand decided to launch a marketplace to expand the product offering on its e-commerce site, better meet customer needs, and enhance the shopping experience. This move positioned BUT to compete with major online retailers by offering an extended range of products while remaining consistent with its brand universe.
