Context and challenges

Known for its innovative and playful products, Nature & Découvertes was looking for a solution to ease checkout congestion and streamline payment during holiday shopping. The brand also wanted to provide its guides-advisors with a tool that would improve their expertise on the products offered, in order to enhance the customer experience.

Following a call for tenders in 2017, Octipas was selected to equip the brand’s guides-advisors with sales tablets. After a POC carried out during the second week of November, all of the brand’s stores were equipped the following week.
