The Documentation Department of the Val de Loire Regional Council is responsible for monitoring the various areas of intervention of the region and for distributing a daily press review to all employees.
Its ambition was not only to develop and automate the collection and distribution of press reviews but also to initiate a shared culture of information exchange among all stakeholders in the organization.
AMI EI by ChapsVision was implemented to enable the Centre-Val de Loire Regional Council to easily and instantly process large volumes of data and to make them available in customizable formats for different users:
- 24/7 automatic collection of millions of multilingual and multimedia web sources, social networks, and internal tools
- Automatic classification of data and searches
- Detection of emerging concepts via a semantic analysis engine
- Static-linguistic analysis, trend graphs, and disruptive insights
- Customizable deliverables: newsletters, entities, dashboards
- Mobile app: real-time notifications and alerts
Combined with the collaborative portal TopicShare by ChapsVision, it enables everyone to benefit from a 360° view of their ecosystem via thematic dashboards and data visualization tools such as target entities, relational graphs, mappings, or heat maps.
The major challenge for our department was to digitize our tasks and missions. Thanks to the AMI EI platform by ChapsVision, we were able to centralize the monitoring process to offer a unique and consistent service that benefits all our audiences.
