A key player in the tourist accommodation market, Odalys welcomes more than 2.3 million people across Europe each year, whether for holidays or business trips.

Odalys’ ambition? To become the favorite host for European travelers by allowing them to share an unforgettable customer experience!

Odalys had a large amount of heterogeneous customer information coming from multiple channels and accessible through different solutions. Duplicates, inaccuracies, data loss, and unreliable analyses led to inefficiency in marketing and relationship activities.

Odalys therefore wanted a reliable and recognized tool, enabling the marketing team to have a simple and unified view of customer data, to be autonomous in creating audience segments, and to effectively orchestrate omnichannel Marketing Automation campaigns.
