Orano, a global leader in the nuclear sector, trust ChapsVision to implement a strategic and competitive intelligence solution for global monitoring of its business-related issues.
Orano’s project:

- Simplify operational management
- Adapt to changes brought by integration with a multilingual translation tool and a press aggregator
Key challenges:
- Better understand customer expectations and needs
- Track competitor developments
- Deepen understanding of national energy policy shifts
- Cross-reference public field data and detect weak signals
To address governance challenges, ChapsVision implemented the following features:
- Definition of the monitoring plan (keyword and source mapping, implementation schedule, coordination meetings, training on document validation)
- Co-construction of personalized dashboards and newsletters
- Ongoing deployment of entities to enhance user experience in market intelligence
The AMI EI solution by ChapsVision allows Orano to increase its information gathering through qualified sources. Data is processed and analyzed, then shared in real time across the entire monitoring community. The collected data is leveraged to anticipate changes in the environment and identify new development opportunities.
