Crédit Agricole CIB decided to implement a solution to transcribe telephone conversations from its trading floors.
Such a technological solution helps optimize existing regulatory processes, which primarily consisted of occasionally and randomly replaying traders’ and salespeople’s conversations to check for compliance.
An activity which, when carried out using traditional methods, remains very time-consuming with sometimes unreliable results.
To meet the technological challenge set by Crédit Agricole CIB, ChapsVision had to adapt its solution to the specific speech data used on trading floors, where traders use highly specific vocabulary—a mix of French and English.
MediaSpeech by ChapsVision, the multilingual speech transcription solution, enables:
- The conversion of audio tracks into searchable text transcriptions; indexing, searching, and analyzing audio and video sources, as well as telecommunications
- More accurate and faster transcription thanks to deep neural networks (deep learning) based on highly detailed acoustic modeling, robust against speaker variability and sound conditions
MediaSpeech by ChapsVision now serves demanding markets such as the trading floors of major banks, which use it to index, search, and analyze audio and video content for monitoring, alerting, information, or compliance with banking regulations, as is the case with Crédit Agricole CIB.
