The Technical Support Center
The single entry point for reporting incidents remains your Coheris by ChapsVision technical support, ensuring traceability of all communications. A dedicated reception handles maintenance calls, records your request for better follow-up, and forwards it to the support teams.
The Coheris Technical Support Center is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. without interruption. Outside these hours, you can send a detailed email to: support-software@coheris.com.

Third-party Application Maintenance
In addition to the standard maintenance contract, Coheris by ChapsVision offers to enhance your support and maintenance setup through the implementation of a Third-Party Software Maintenance (TPSM) service.
This service extends the maintenance of your software package to include:
• Corrective and evolutionary maintenance of configurations, interfaces with your business tools, CTI, IT system, etc., handled by teams trained in your specific requirements.
• It also offers (optionally) the possibility to add a Services Platform (an environment similar to yours), set up, administered, and hosted in our facilities, with specialized skills maintained within our TPSM team.
Beyond Corrective and Evolutionary Maintenance services, this platform allows you to benefit from our support to ensure Preventive Maintenance of your environment (testing new versions or updates, migrations, etc.).
