Savencia had to replace its former merchandising software, discontinued in March 2023, in order to equip its sales team composed of 108 field members and 16 headquarters users.
The objective was clear: efficiently equip their salesforce with a smooth, easy-to-use tool.
For headquarters users, the software is used in connected mode for analyzing chain plans, recommending reference plans to retailers, as well as producing reference plans for merchandising tests and corrective plans for operational merchandising.
For field users, the software is used in mobile mode to produce reference plans for their store network, as well as to propose reimplantations or adjustments to their clients.
