Context & challenges

Eucerin implemented a service offered by SY Pharma from CEGEDIM, enabling pharmacists to directly place restock orders within their pharmacy management software, while factoring in product availability. These orders are then transmitted directly to the Eucerin laboratory.

ChapsVision then takes over in order to:

  • Automatically integrate these orders upon receipt into CRM Nomad
  • Apply commercial terms and pricing negotiated with each pharmacy
  • Forward them to the ERP system, with correct pricing for delivery and billing management

 

Our solution, Nomad by ChapsVision, enables:

  • Management of the Eucerin pharmaceutical salesforce
  • Oversight of their commercial territory
  • Negotiation of contracts for product listings and related order volumes
  • Implementation of campaigns to boost consumer sales
