A pioneer in the craft beer sector in France, the Ninkasi brand was founded in Lyon, a hub of brewing tradition, in 1997. Ninkasi brewers experiment and mix styles: beers of various kinds (French IPA, barrel-aged beers in their own whisky casks, dry-hopped cider, hopped craft sodas), and since 2015 a craft distillery, launching in 2021 their latest creation, a single malt whisky aged in Chardonnay barrels.
This 100% “Made in France” brand has a strong ambition: to become a must-have name in the French beer industry and to promote French independent craft beers throughout the country.
Ninkasi distributes its products through several channels, including supermarkets. Until recently, the company managed supermarket sales manually using Excel files, a process that was both time-consuming and complex. They were therefore looking for a CRM tool capable of automating and optimizing the management of this business.
The Nomad by ChapsVision solution was deployed across the company’s entire salesforce, particularly the supermarket sales team of 10 representatives. The platform enables them to:
