ChapsVision and Schwarz Digits strengthen Europe’s AI autonomy

[Munich / Paris, 16 September 2026] ChapsVision, the European leader in trusted data intelligence and reliable agentic AI, and Schwarz Digits, the IT and digital division of Schwarz Group, today announced a strategic partnership that will enable customers to deploy ChapsVision’s solutions directly on STACKIT, the sovereign cloud of Schwarz Digits.

The partnership brings together two leading European technology players to give organizations greater independence, choice and control over their critical data and AI infrastructure. It will initially focus on Germany, Austria and Switzerland, before expanding more broadly across Europe.

This partnership illustrates the growing convergence of European technology providers building a complete, independent value chain, from cloud infrastructure to software applications, operated by European players, for European institutions and companies.

Organizations across Germany, Austria, Switzerland — including those in the most regulated and sensitive sectors — will be able to run ChapsVision’s data intelligence and agentic AI solutions on an infrastructure that remains fully under European jurisdiction. STACKIT stores and processes data exclusively in data centers located in Germany and Austria, ensuring that no non-European law applies and that customers retain complete control over their most sensitive data.

As part of the partnership, ChapsVision solutions will also be made available through the STACKIT Marketplace, making it easier for organizations to access and deploy ChapsVision’s data intelligence and agentic AI capabilities on STACKIT’s European cloud infrastructure. As a key strategic enablement partner, SVA System Vertrieb Alexander GmbH – one of Germany’s leading IT system integrators for public authorities and defense – plays a pivotal role in this collaboration. Leveraging its deep public sector expertise and established master framework contracts, SVA acts as the vital bridge between STACKIT’s sovereign cloud infrastructure and ChapsVision’s AI platform.
