AN EASIER DELIVERY PROCESS

DEPOSIT

At drop-off, the merchant scans each product and places it in the designated slot.

RETURN

Upon pick-up, the merchant hands over the contents of the corresponding return bin to the carrier.

AN EFFICIENT CUSTOMER HANDOVER

The merchant hands over all or part of the available packages to the customer. If necessary, he carries out a SWAP exchange beforehand: he scans each product handed over, asks for a signature and (if necessary) checks the identity document.

AN OPTIMAL CUSTOMER PROCESS

At the relay point, the customer can make a return or a CtoC shipment. They are then authenticated by a QR code, or label code, corresponding to the operation they have previously registered. The retailer checks the conformity of the transaction, scans the product, collects a customer signature and places the parcel in the carrier’s return bin.
