ChapsVision acquires Geotrend and strengthens its position as European leader in business intelligence solutions.
ChapsVision, a leading sovereign company in the massive processing of heterogeneous data, announces the acquisition of Geotrend, the specialist in economic and strategic intelligence. The deal marks a major step forward for the group, which will create a unique market intelligence centre in Europe.

About Geotrend
Former engineers at Airbus Defence and Space, Thomas Binant, CEO, and Gréoire Sigel, CTO, have spent more than 10 years designing innovative solutions to meet the needs of their customers and the company’s internal teams. At the time, they identified a need to find reliable information. In 2018, this need gave rise to Geotrend and its SAAS platform.
From the outset, they had the idea of creating a tool that crawls the web using keywords entered on a simple search bar. Their solution was tested and approved: the teams divided their search time by 8, with up-to-date results ready for analysis.
