The French Commercial Court of Nanterre’s ruling concerning Risk&Co, which was under court receivership since August 30, 2023, has enabled ChapsVision to acquire Risk&Co’s cybersecurity activities.

The offering submitted by ChapsVision distinguished itself from others, notably through the quality of its offer and the perspectives of integrating Risk&Co’s work force and existing contracts within the Group.

Risk&Co,a Security and Defense Services company specialized in the safety and security of infrastructures and information systems, carries out cybersecurity audits and consultancy missions, particularly on operational technologies (industrial and safety systems) for major industrial groups. The ability to project rapidly allows fast deployment to its customers’ sensitive sites, even in degraded environments.

The acquisition of Risk&Co’s Cyber branch by ChapsVision represents the synergy of expertise and solutions that will significantly strengthen the group’s already extensive offering, which features several key components, such as:

  • CrossinG by ChapsVision, the secured exchange gateway ensuring isolation of critical information systems and the safeguarding of exchanges between sensitive and open domains.
  • Crisotech by ChapsVision, consulting expertise in the management of Cyber crisis.
  • Tracip by ChapsVision, forensic specialist providing solutions for digital analysis and emergency response to Cyber incidents.
  • Smart CTI (Cyber Threat Intelligence), the AI-based cyber alert and anticipation system designed to efficiently qualify and contextualize threats, a collaborative project backed under France 2030.

This operation will be accompanied at the same time by the integration of 40 high-qualified cybersecurity consultants within the group’s ChapsVision CyberGov branch, which will strengthen the group’s expertise in the protection of sensitive data and the management of digital threats.

Olivier Dellenbach CEO of ChapsVision adds:

“This acquisition is part of our strategy of rapid, targeted growth reinforcing a rapidly expanding cybersecurity cluster for Vital Significant Industries (VSIs), Security Service Providers (SSPs) and government services.  This strategic development enhances and sharpens our cybersecurity expertise to provide an even better response to our customers’ needs, and to address the growing challenges of European digital security.”
